Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Basically well-behaved at home. I rescued her from Pa. Believe it or not she was drugged. I had an incorrigible dog the next morning. I persevered for 5 months and had an angel. She has never messed in the house, has never thrown up. She is a good girl and is respectiful. Loves, greets, and kisses everyone but me! We never bonded. I didn't want to be a quitter. She really likes adolescents..that's all I know since my kids are grown. She hates the car, even w/2 Dramamine. Is unruly at Vets.
Needs tranqs. for a bath! I don't have a pet, a companion, or a "family member". All I do is give, all she does is accept. And she get "tickles" every evening, on covered couch, plus sleeps there, alternating with her bed in kitchen. I believe she needs an active guy or a family with a couple of kids...which may also change how she is in a car. I want the best for her because I have no idea what the first couple of years of her life was like (other than breeding, once for sure).
