My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I'm an 18-month-old terrier mix who was picked up by Animal Control. I was never claimed by my old owners, but don't worry! The shelter is helping me find a new family to love! They gave me all of my vaccinations, they tested me for heartworms and I was negative, they gave me a microchip, and they had me neutered. I'm super friendly and incredibly cute! Even though I've had a bit of an adventure, I'm full of love and ready to bring joy to a new home. I've got a playful spirit and a big heart, and I promise I'll be a wonderful pet for someone special who's ready to share their life with me. Could it be you?

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
