Say hello to Bailey!
Bailey came to us when his owner was no longer able to care for him anymore. But Bailey is ready to find a home to call his own! Bailey's favorite activity is running around outside! He was bit shy when first arriving at the shelter, but once he went outside to play, he was the happiest pup ever! Bailey can be nervous when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he is the most snuggly pup! The way to Bailey's heart is belly rubs! We have not seen him around other dogs. He has lived with cats and does well with them. If Bailey is your next family addition, please fill out an application for him today!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Check out all of the pets on our website and or stop in to meet them at the shelter.

2.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application and wait for an adoption counselor to contact you about your approval.

3.

Approve Application

Come in to meet the pet and make sure they are a good fit. If you have a dog in the home we require dog to dog meet and greets.

4.

Take the Pet Home

Once you have found the best fit you will take the pet home for a two week foster trial period.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

At the end of the two week period, come back into the shelter to finalize your adoption and enjoy your new best friend!

Shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-4:30. We also participate is various adoption events throughout the year.
