My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Louie is an adorable cream (or buff) tabby kitten who loves to observe his brother JD in action. Whether JD is exploring a new toy or investigating a corner of the house, Louie watches closely ready to jump in and finish whatever JD started. This clever and thoughtful kitten adds his own touch to every adventure, making him the perfect partner in play. He also loves dogs! Because of his age and his attachment to his brother, the best possible thing for him would be for Louie and JD to be adopted as a pair. An applicant with another young cat will also be considered.

If you are interested in meeting or potentially adopting any of our available animals, we ask that you first fill out a nonbinding application on our website, purrfectmatch.rescuegroups.org/forms. For questions or further information, you can reach us by emailing purrfectmatch13@gmail.com or calling our voicemail at 920-234-5995. Thank you for choosing to adopt!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

A potential adopter must complete an application. It will be sent to the Board of Directors for approval. Upon approval, a home visit is done (either with or without the animal(s)). If all goes well, the animal will stay at the home. There is a two-week probationary period where either the adoptive parents or the foster parents can determine the animal should not stay. If this happens during the two weeks, adoption fees are returned. At the time of the adoption, a contract is signed. The adopter is given a full medical history, microchip information, etc. If applicable, a microchip transfer fee will be attained. The adoption fee for a kitten is $75. Any additional kitten is $25. A cat (1 - 6 years) is $40. Additional cat (1 - 6 years) is $20. Senior cats (7 and above) are $20. Puppies (up to 1 year) are $250. Dogs (1 - 6 years) are $150. Senior dogs (7 and above) are $100. Tax of 5% will be added to all adoptions within the state of Wisconsin.
