My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Clover!

Clover is a medium to large mixed breed pup, who came to our shelter from a previous life of neglect and abandonment. She’s learned from our staff that humans have lots of love to give her, and she definitely likes to give the love back! She’s very loving and sweet, and loves to cuddle with people.

Clover is also very energetic, as she’s still a puppy, and if she’s not given enough outlets for her energy she can be a LOT. She loves other cats and dogs, but if she does go to live with another pet it will have to be one that can tolerate her bouncy personality.

Clover has lots of fun here with all different kinds of toys, including rope toys and tennis balls. She also really loves any kinds of treats she can get. She’s very food motivated and should be easy to train. We are working on basic commands like “sit”, “shake”, and “down”, and she’s getting better every day on a leash!

Clover is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations. She will be ready to heartworm test when she turns a year old in December 2024.

Additional adoption info

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family. We welcome all adopters, from any county or state.

We prefer if you complete an application prior to meeting the animals so we can help you make a great match.
