Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mr Manchas is the suspected father to our current pups, and he is a wonderful, patient, loving and playful Dad. They were recently reunited and are enjoying catching up with eachother. On his own, Manchas is a calm, chill guy, very affectionate and seeks same.
His adoption will require a signed agreement and $150 refundable deposit to ensure that he gets neutered in a timely manner.
He is available for foster-adopt placement

If distant adopter, a phone screening/interview is done first to match dog with their interest, if available.

Submit Application

If anything unexpected arises, another phone call or email to clarify concern. I

Home Check

If distant adopter, this may be done by local rescue partner

Meet the Pet

If local, Home Check is done at this time. Adoption may be finalized, or within the month if there will be a fostering/adjustment period.

Additional adoption info

For distant adoptions, paperwork is reviewed and approved online. Travel plans are made to meet pet and do Home Check (if still needed).

Pat Rodriguez founded the Pacific Northwest Puppy Train to help relocate adoptable dogs from overpopulated Southern California to all points north. There are just so many wonderful dogs here who never get a chance because of unfortunate circumstances. I get them out of So California high kill shelters, give them decompression time, nurse them back to health with good food/love, spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipped, medications, identify and stabilize any medical conditions, health clearances. Safe passage is guaranteed by private auto, pet is hand-delivered to destination. No middle-men, carriers, freight transport, just me and a car full of dogs.
