Elsé was born sometime in April of 2009 and came to my home on June 13th of that year at about 6 weeks old, along with her sister Emme. Emme passed away from cancer in July 2013. I have had an allergy to cats since puberty but it was manageable and when Elsé was younger, it seemed to be a non-issue. In the last two to three years with some medication changes for other issues, it has intensified my cat allergy immensely. I went on medication to help with it two years ago and we have progressively increased its strength as the allergic reactions increase. Unfortunately, the next step would be shots and this is not affordable. I have tried to find a new home among family and friends over the last year but without success. She does have a heart murmur (not serious - per vet) and kidney disease (handled with diet).
