My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Meg!
Meg is a 4-year-old Domestic Shorthair with a sleek gray saddle and a soft white underbelly. Her beautiful moss-green eyes are always calm and content, just like her.

Personality and Traits:
Meg is the perfect definition of a laid-back companion. She’s calm, gentle, and has a sweet nature that makes her the ultimate snuggle buddy. She absolutely adores chin and butt rubs, and she’s more than happy to be held or carried for some extra cuddle time. Whether you want to lounge on the couch or take a cozy nap, Meg will be right there, ready to be your snuggling partner. She also enjoys being brushed and will sometimes chase some string toys when she has a bit of energy.

Ideal Home:
Meg is incredibly adaptable and would do well in just about any home. Her chill personality means she can fit into busy or quiet households, and she’s perfectly content with spending her days napping and lounging around.

Why Adopt Meg?
If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate cat to fill your home with love and warmth, Meg is the perfect match! She’s low maintenance, loves attention, and will be a loyal companion who’s always ready for a cozy snuggle. Adopt Meg, and you’ll have a forever friend to relax and cuddle with.

Go meet their pets

Thank you for your interest in adopting from West Valley City/Taylorsville Animal Services! We would love for you to come to the shelter and meet your new family member.

You can come to the shelter Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and walk through to see the animals we have available for adoption.

Please keep in mind that adoptions are first come, first serve. We often have a few pets that would make a good match for each family, so if the animal you are interested in is no longer available, you can still come in and meet some animals to see if there's a good fit.

You can see all of our animals at www.wvcpets.com [wvcpets.com]
