My name is PRUE!

Prue is a stunning, piercing green eyed, short-haired tabby. She is one of the most loving cats you`ve ever met and has never met a stranger. She is a happy girl who loves to be pet, take a nap, and be with her people! Prue does fantastic with humans, she`s not picky when it comes to getting attention and pets and warms up almost immediately. She also has done great with two small, grumpy chihuahuas, respecting their boundaries and finding a safe spot up high when they decide (at no fault of Prue`s) that they`re done with her existing in their presence! She does this adorable thing where when she wants pets, she very gently paws at you slowly (and just once) to ask for more! When you`re petting Prue, she puts all her love into each pet, leaning all the way in and even hopping up to get to your hand. She is such a sweet and affectionate gal!

Like all great cats and protectors, Prue is a great mixture of lounging/grooming, getting and giving, love and checking for threats! She loves to perch up high to get a good lay of the land, using her giant eyes to check for bad guys.

She loves a good laser toy and rubbing on a toy filled with cat nip! Prue doesn`t need a ton of play time and really prefers pets over play.

She has a dog-like trait of being eager to please and listens very well. If she is ever scratching at a spot you don`t want her to or messing with something you`d like left alone, just gently swat the air in her direction or call her name and she immediately stops!

She is always hard at work, kneading the dough and making biscuits, which is where her name inspiration came from - Prue, a judge on the Great British Bakeoff TV series! We also thought of naming her after a puff pastry because of her adorably puffy cheeks!
