Bourbon is an adorable black and white dog with the hugest ears which we hope he never fully grows into! Bourbon was found with a broken leg as a little puppy, and while he’s been on crate rest and recovering, he’s been focusing on his cuddling skills, which are now top notch. Bourbon is a sweet puppy who loves being around his human and dog sisters, and loves nothing more than sitting in your lap in the yard, watching the world.

Bourbon really likes the 2 dogs in his foster home, and while he hasn’t been able to play with them due to his broken leg, he loves curling up with them for naps, sitting on the couch with them, and being out in the yard with them. Bourbon is curious about the outdoor cat, but seems equally curious about a leaf blowing across the yard, so isn’t more than normal puppy level of curious.

Bourbon has been great with all the humans he has met, young and old, men and women. Bourbon is a typical energetic puppy, but after playing or chewing on a treat, he is content to curl up and nap.

Bourbon knows that he needs to go potty outside. He has plans to learn how to swim soon. Bourbon is a great puppy who loves to explore the world and enjoy his toys, and then curl up with his humans for naps - preferable as close to you as possible. He is a very affectionate dog.
