My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rubble's personality is much like that of his namesake, the friendly bulldog construction worker on the Paw Patrol! This kitten is not fazed by a busy household with little kids and commotion. No alpha energy here; He'd prefer to follow the crowd. He wants to be with his humans and so he follows them around from room to room. He also quite thoroughly enjoys a good wrestling match with the big resident cat at his fosters. Does he think he IS a bulldog? Perhaps.

Rubble is athletic and solid. He takes his pets like a dog would. He is very food motivated and comes when you call him for meals. He loves to carry around his two favorite toys and is learning to retrieve them too! He's very attracted to water and tries to go swimming every chance he gets, even if it means climbing in the tub with the kiddos, or even the toilet!

Rubble has been passing his days making sure preschoolers fall asleep cozily and wake up when it's time for school. He is so very tolerant of 3 year old shenanigans and never raises a claw, he's just that chill and easy going. When the house is quiet, he will gladly snuggle up in a lap and purr for hours. We think he'd do well in a home with lots of social interaction, whether that be other cats, kids, or dogs.

If you are interested in learning more about Rubble and their best friend Harrie Mustache, please complete an adoption form.

Additional adoption info

If you’re thinking about adding a kitten or two to your family, a Bitty Kitty is a great choice! Kittens who have been bottlefed tend to be extra friendly and snuggly!

By adopting a kitten from the Bitty Kitty Brigade, you’ll be supporting our no-kill organization and making room for us to take in another orphan kitten.

All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:

FeLV/FIV tested
spayed/neutered
treated for external and internal parasites
microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated

Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply to an adoption inquiry.

More about this rescue

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
