Meet Pluto, a young, energetic soul with a zest for life that is infectious. His playful nature and curiosity make every day an adventure. He loves to explore his surroundings, sniff out hidden treasures, and engage in a game of fetch. He also likes car rides, running, tugging, toys, walks, water, and wrestling. He is friendly and excitable, always eager to make new friends, and his cuddly nature makes him the perfect companion for those cozy nights in. He`s a 50-pound lap connoisseur. Pluto is quite needy and requires a lot of attention, which is why he would benefit from some training to help him channel his energy in a positive way. He needs help with house training and leash walking but he does know the sit and no commands. His playful antics can sometimes lead to mischief, earning him the title of a lovable troublemaker. He loves to chew, dig, jump, race out the door and - his favorite - beg. He was given when his first owner died and his adopter wasn`t able to provide the training he needs. He is a social butterfly who can be too rough when playing with other dogs but his friendly and affectionate nature shines through. If you have a dog, you`ll need to bring it to meet him to be sure they`ll get along. His experience with children was in a prior home where he was easygoing, friendly, and playful with them but he does play rough. Older kids would be best. He promises to keep you entertained, loved, and never alone. His unique personality and love for life will surely add color and happiness to your home. Adopting Pluto means welcoming a bundle of joy and energy into your life. (tw 12/17/2024)
