My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just look at those adorable puppy dog eyes!! Clyde is about 3 months old and we are thinking he is a lab mix. Clyde is a super loving puppy. He adores people and other dogs. He is a happy go lucky dog. Clyde enjoys his training sessions and seems to be a very smart dog. He already knows how to sit and lay down on command. He is puppy pad trained and is now working on house training. Clyde is great with dogs, cats and children. Clyde would make a great addition to anyone's home!

Clyde is being fostered in Huntsville Alabama Clyde is only available for a local adoption. If you are interested in adopting him please fill out an application on our website.

More about this rescue

Friends of Rescue is a certified 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2009, consisting of volunteers who are devoted to saving shelter animals that are in danger of euthanasia. Southern shelters have a constant overflow of dogs and cats, little funding, and limited space. Once the animals arrive at the shelter, they have very little time. It is our goal to help save these adoptable animals and find loving individuals/families who will provide committed, FORever homes. We are NOT professional trainers or animal behaviorists; simply volunteers who are trying to save these animals from euthanasia. Each animal in our program is in a foster home and receives all age-appropriate vetting while in our care.
