My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ntroducing Tommy, a 3-4 year old Lab mix with a heart full of love and a need for a special home to help boost his confidence. Tommy is a sweet, loyal boy who will stick by your side as long as you’re ready to give him some extra pets!

Tommy is friendly and has yet to meet a stranger at the shelter. While he’s still working on showing his goofy side, we’re confident that with patience and a loving home, he’ll quickly become the star of your life!

Tommy is dog selective, so he’ll need a slow and proper introduction to any new furry siblings. He’s a quiet guy, barking only when someone comes to the door, then quickly settling back in for some more pets. He’s eager to please and will wait patiently at the front of his kennel for a little extra love.

Tommy is still learning about leash walking and needs encouragement and support on his walks. He’s done well with all the children he’s met, though he can get a bit overexcited with very young kids. Supervision is recommended to ensure there are no accidental falls.

Tommy has been neutered, received his rabies vaccine, had one 5-in-1 vaccine, and has been dewormed.

If you think you can provide the patient, loving home Tommy needs, please reach out for more information! Message us on Facebook or call/text us at 256-960-1408.
