We met Freya 2.5 years ago; she was 2 years old. She came right out of the cage to walk on our shoulders. It took a few days for her to get used to her new home, but now she never tries to leave.
Freya loves sitting in high places and sleeping on laps. She'll chase toys and play hunt. She loves her scratching posts. Freya has never been aggressive. We have two young children who frequently get in her space. "Kitty" give warnings or leave.
Freya meows for attention but does not wail; she is quiet at night. She likes to be fed on time and prefers uncovered litterboxes. She loves to stare out windows and watch bugs. She will spend a day hiding and the next day won't leave your side.
We cannot care for her anymore, but we love her. Freya deserves a good home with someone/people who will love and care for her.
The shelter we got her from docked her ears as part of their neutering policy; they still own her microchip, but will change the contact information to new owner(s).
