My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You don't need to be the second largest Korean-owned electronics company to know this cat is the total package! Lucky-Goldstar, or LG for short and to her friends, is dialed in and ready to provide you with plenty of entertainment. When LG has the chance to settle into a home she provides a warm and cozy light to those gathered around her while showing off a variety of affectionate and playful antics, so don't judge her by the shy demeanor she is currently expressing with us at the shelter. Her previous family took her in over seven years ago, quite literally, when she sauntered in from the street and laid claim to her new found land. Unfortunately that person recently needed to move and wasn't able to find pet-friendly housing, so she is just plugged-in with us at PAWS until her new family comes forward. LG did previously spend time around another cat, so if you have another social and more low key kitty she could potentially fit into that mold but would be just fine as your only cat. She has never been around children though, so she would likely due best in an adult-only home or with older and cat-savvy kids based on how she responds to stress.

LG was recently placed on a special diet for her urinary care due to a history of developing crystals, so she will need to remain on that for the rest of her life. She won't need any additional care at this time, so she will just need a urinalysis completed with her regular, yearly care. Her new family will also need to get her set up at their own vet within the first month of adoption in order to transfer that care and prescription over (we will provide the first month's worth of food when she goes home, but cannot refill it after that).
