We, at MDR, love our buddy, Tavish...we call him Tavi...he's so friendly, so loving and soooo easy. This boy is great on a leash, is easy going and calm. His foster dad says he's a great blend of fun and calm. Are you in need of a good friend, a companion, someone to greet you at the door and keep you company on the car rides? This is YOUR boy! He is the epitome of a great dog. He asks for so little and yet gives so much. He is there by your side, watching TV with you, watching you make cookies, sitting at your feet when you work. Imagine life with someone who can't wait to start the mornings and wishes you sweet dreams with his loving eyes? Tavi is house-trained, crate-trained, leash-trained. You can't ask for a better friend than Tavi...please help us find him a home!!

More about this rescue

We rescue at risk dogs from high kill areas -- primarily from the Valley of Texas where over 100 dogs are put down every day at some of the high kill shelters. We get our dogs fully vetted and up to date on shots before bringing them up to NJ and finding them loving homes!
