**FOSTER UPDATE** Carmen has arrived in New Jersey and is looking forward to meeting you at our next adoption event on September 21. Her foster says that she is a great work from home partner- sometimes she naps and other times she plays with toys off camera. She lets them know when she needs to go out. She loves playtime, whether it's with toys in the house or outside in the yard. Carmen gets along great with her foster's dog, joining him in running around the backyard. She also likes some down time after playing by having a nap on their sofa. Carmen is sweet, playful, and happy; the perfect dog that any family would be lucky to adopt!
Carmen's journey hasn't been easy. She was found as a stray and sent to a high-kill shelter, facing an uncertain future. Thankfully, MatchDog Rescue stepped in and saved her from euthanasia.
