Meet Kirby, the Goofy and Loving Great Dane

Introducing Kirby, a wonderful dog with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. Kirby is great with dogs of all sizes, both in public and at home. While he’s unsure about cats and tends to bark and chase them, he’s phenomenal with kids. Having lived with 4-year-old twins, Kirby is gentle and loving, though sometimes clueless about his size!

Kirby is leash trained, though he might pull a bit, and he’s also crate trained and enjoys car rides. He’s fully housetrained and knows how to let you know when he needs to go out. In new situations, Kirby can be a bit shy, but his goofy energy quickly shines through, especially when he gets to run and play.

Kirby has Addison’s disease, a condition where his adrenal glands don’t produce enough hormones.
Fortunately, it’s managed well with medication, allowing him to lead a happy and active life.
