My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tess is active and energetic with a charming personality that's the perfect "tortitude" mix of sassy, spunky and sweet. She is lively, fairly confident and inquisitive. Tess is an intelligent kitten who needs mental enrichment and would likely be easy to teach commands and tricks. She's not one to rush into trouble and is generally well behaved if she is not bored. Tess can be very sweet and loving with her human companion. She adores treats and snacks, especially squeeze up treats and has a healthy appetite for both food and fun. Tess' favorite toys are plastic springs, catnip mice and dangling strings. She enjoys being outside on the catio (enclosed patio), sunning herself while watching the birds and bugs. Tess protests loudly on the rare occasions when she has had to be by herself, so she can be vocal when she's not happy. Her ideal home is with an individual, couple or family; a home where Tess is not alone for many hours and has her own personal space. She should do well with other cats; Tess is always with her littermate Tilly, especially at nap time. She is okay with dogs but will hiss and spat at the canine when caught by surprise. Tess is black and cream with a tortoiseshell pattern. She has a black whisker pad and a cream whisker pad. As of September 2024, Tess is 4 months old.
