Beautiful adult black and tan female border collie mix.

Meet Tajin! Tajin is a beautiful small/medium female border collie mix who just loves to be snuggled. She also loves walks and playing with her toys. Like her sister Chiles, Tajin is a high energy girl who loves to get lots of exercise and playtime. Her mother was a border collie, so Tajin is a smart young girl who would do great at activities like agility. She is crate trained and gets along well and is fostered with other dogs. Tajin can be shy with new people at first but warms up to strangers quickly once she knows it's safe. If you are looking for a smart, active companion who can accompany you on hikes, walks, runs and other adventures, Tajin is your girl!

Additional adoption info

We ask the potential adopter to fill out an application. We set up a meet and greet with the foster parent. If all goes well and they would like to adopt we have them sign an adoption contract.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, have current vaccines and are microchipped prior to adoption.

Fees range between $150 - $300

We have events around the San Diego area and you can check our website for up coming events. Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue is a 501(c)3 Non-profit dog rescue in San Diego, CA

Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue was founded by volunteers in San Diego. Our goal is to "Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome" rescued dogs from San Diego and Baja California.

We love Baja and understand that it is a struggle for some of the people to provide a proper home and care for their dogs. We rescue dogs that are running through traffic, starving on the streets and have no one to care for them. Sadly, many are in poor condition and need medical care. We provide that care with the help of volunteers and veterinarians on both sides of the border. Our adoption fees are used to pay for the care of these pups.

Our dogs and puppies are kept in loving foster homes until they find their forever homes. If you see a dog/puppy you would like to meet, we will put you in touch with the foster family. We also do adoption events around San Diego, please check our website for upcoming events.

Our "Baja Blends" as we like to call them make wonderful pets and will shower you with love to show you how grateful they are to be in a loving home.
