This clever boy already knows his basic commands like sit and shake, walks beautifully on a leash, and is a well-mannered gentleman. Though German Shorthairs are known for their boundless energy, Bubba is more on the calm, demure side. He's happy to go for a walk and enjoy a good sniff around, but he's just as content sitting by your feet, working on a puzzle toy.

Bubba has done well with other dogs, though we recommend a meet-and-greet with any resident pups to ensure a good match. While his history with cats is unknown, he hasn't shown much interest in the ones at the shelter, suggesting that with proper introductions, he could be a great fit in a home with feline friends.
