My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cherrie is a beautiful, shy, playful girl who is a sweetheart once she warms up to you. She's loyal to her family and hide when others come over. she loves treats and will crawl into your lap for a Churo stick! she loves to sleep in bed in her bed and snuggle with her sister, Coco. They are a sweet bonded pair that we want to be adopted together.. She loves looking out the window and napping in the sunshine.

I love her beautiful soft grey coat with just a touch of white on her neck. Her perfect home would be a quiet one, probably not small children but lots of human love and attention.

More about this rescue

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group. We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties.
We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats.
Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Neuter/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low-cost S/N clinics.
