From the foster: Belly rubs are a must. That's the fastest way to this baby's heart. But careful, he will win you over. He's incredibly smart and affectionate.

He's extremely social, comes when you call him, and is an excellent side-kick, always following close by. He has learned quickly how to potty outside and use puppy pads. He's content with a crunchy toy or a ball to chase. He's been incredibly gentle around our 3 year old and loves playtime with his pup brother (fostering together). He loves to eat and will be easy to train with treats and affection. He doesn't love the crate but has slept well next to his brother in the pen throughout the night.

This floof is ready to explore the world and would be a great addition to a family with kiddos.

More about this rescue

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
