My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Star!

- **Age:** 15 weeks
- **Personality:** Playful, adorable, and kid-friendly
- **Training:** Working on kennel and potty training
- **Socialization:** Good with other dogs, shy at first but warms up quickly

Star is a sweet and playful puppy who's learning the ropes of potty and kennel training. She's great with kids and gets along well with other dogs. Though she might be a bit shy initially, she quickly becomes the life of the party! Perfect for a loving home looking for a furry friend. This sweet girl would do well with another dog in the home to help her gain confidence and show her the ropes!

Star is available for adoption to LOCAL (KC area) adopters only. Her adoption fee is $250, and covers age appropriate vaccines, day, microchip, and heartworm prevention. To meet Star, complete an application today at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LUCK/Dog

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
