My name is Jupiter!

Jupiter was born on March 21, 2009 in Austin, TX. We believe she’s half ragdoll and domestic long-hair. She has beautiful blue eyes, loves to be pet, and definitely believes she’s royalty.

While she does well with dogs and has lived with multiple for most of her life, I want her to go to a family where she will be the only pet or where she’ll only be with other cats. She tends to retreat otherwise. She’s not scared… It’s more like it’s just a nuisance to her and she can’t be bothered with them. So, she does her own thing. With no dogs, she thrives and owns the place.

She had a cat companion who we lost to cancer earlier this year, and I can tell that she’s lonely. Also, we’re moving across the country and into a shared house in a few months. The space is too small, there will be too many dogs, and we’re running after a toddler. She deserves better.

We’re heartbroken but know this is the right choice.
