Here is "Penny". Penny is a 7 month old black Chihuahua and she weighs 5 pounds.
Penny's owners moved to Florida but, before they moved, they gave Penny to someone. That someone now does not want Penny because he works all day and does not have the time to take care of her.
Penny is not trained because, between Penny's previous owners and her owner now, no one took the time to train poor Penny. Penny needs someone who does not work all day and someone who has patience and will give her the time, attention and guidance she needs.
Penny is a happy, happy, happy little girl! She gets along with everybody she meets, be it an animal or a human! In Penny's new home, children must be 6 years or older.
You must own your own home. No condos. No apartments.
Penny got spayed, she got her 4 in 1 shot, she got her rabies shot and she got her distemper shot.
To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules.
The adoption fee for Penny is $350.00. No credit cards.

You can meet Penny on Saturday at Petco located at 201 Union Street in Waterbury during our adoption hours from 12:00 to 3:00. Penny will be looking for you!
