My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hewey is a handsome 10 month old energetic male orange tabby kitten.  He had a rough start to life since coming to us but is now ready to find a home of his own (where he can play the day away)! Like a typical kitten, he loves to play. All his toys are his favorite - wands, feathers, balls, he plays with them all.  He also loves attention and being pet.  Before he came to us, he was with another cat and did well. Right now he is not sharing space space with ther cats (due to being on prescription food), but does try to play with them through the cage.

Hewey has had a very rough start to his short 10 months of life. He came to us in June 2024 as a very sick kitten. He had diarrhea which was so bad he had to be admitted to an emergency vet for 10 days. After many tests including bloodwork, xrays, ultrasounds, and a lot of TLC from our veterinarian, Hewey made a full recovery. Because of his senstive stomach, he is on a gastrointestinal food (EN) for both wet and dry. This food is working very well for him and his poops are now completely solid. If you have another cat that is not on special food, we can share ways on how you can still adopt Hewey with a cat that is not on the same food. Please do not let this deter you from adopting this sweet boy who deserves to find his forever home!

Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption).

All of our pets go home with a "Go Home Goody Bag" that includes a starter supply of food, treats, toys, and a voucher for a free month of pet insurance from Trupanion.
