My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stewie is around a year old and 27lbs. He is a heeler/feist mix. Stewie and Bluey were dumped at a family member's house when their owner no longer wanted them. The family member was not able to provide for them and they were surrendered to a rural Alabama shelter.

Stewie LOVES to play fetch and run at full speed. He will need an active household in order to thrive.

*All adoptable animals have been spayed/neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines, heartworm tested (when age-appropriate), microchipped, vet checked, dewormed, and kept on monthly preventatives while in our care.

**All adoptables are listed as not housebroken. It is common for dogs/cats to have accidents when adjusting to a new home and schedule.
