My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pierogi, the delightful bundle of joy who's always up for a fun adventure! This sweet and confident pup loves nothing more than a good belly rub and a tasty treat. On our walks, Pierogi is a model leash-walker, though she can't resist a little excitement when she spots another dog. In the fenced play area, she's a fetch enthusiast, especially when it comes to her favorite stuffed toy. Pierogi's playful spirit and affectionate nature make her an absolute blast to be around. If you're looking for a dog who's as fun as she is loving, Pierogi is the perfect match!

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed every TUE-THUR from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
