My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benny is a small beagle weighing 20 pounds, and is 4 years old. Benny is a calm boy who likes being with people but will play with gentle dogs. We have not had him around cats. Benny needs to be on a schedule to maintain good potty habits. He is good in a crate and on a leash.

Benny's adoption fee is $300. He is neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped with registration, heartworm tested positive (we will pay for treatment) and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. If interested please apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/

Come bring the family and other pets to a neutral location to meet your potential new family member.

Take the Pet Home

If we find a good match for you, you can pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

Adopters fill out a no-obligation contract. If approved, they will fill out a contract for the animal. Adoption fees are $200 per dog ($250 for puppies 6 months and younger) and $60 for cats ($100 for kittens), which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, deworming medications, heartworm and flea preventative.

This is a small, foster based rescue run by volunteers. Please be patient as it may take a few days to approve your application.
