Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This very pretty, sweet lady is Layla~ She was adopted from us back in 2018 and unfortunately her owner had to move in with a family due to health reasons and they are allergic to cats~
Layla has never lived with dogs, but seems to do well with the children that visit and has not had any issues with the other cats in the Open Room of the shelter.
Her previous owner did also share that Layla was an inside only cat and did sleep with her on her bed, so we know that she was a spoiled lady, and she definitely deserves that again~

Sign Adoption Contract

We do not have applications our adoptions are first come, first serve.

3.
Take the Pet Home

All available pets are spay/neutered and ready to go home immediately.

Additional adoption info

$100 Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee includes Spay/Neuter, heartworm/leukemia testing, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea preventive, micro chip, sample bag of food and various other services.

We take in animals that are brought in by Cherokee County Animal Control officers, animals owned by citizens of Cherokee County and unwanted strays found in Cherokee County. The Cherokee County Animal Shelter also adopts animals out to the public.
