Current Health Concerns: Somewhat overweight, but overall quite healthy for a 15-year-old. Should be portion fed to assist him with losing a few pounds.
Current Medications: None

Reason for Surrendering: Both of Osmo's 87-year-old mother and father have dementia and are currently living in an assisted living/memory care facility. They have been very devoted to Osmo for the last 10 years since they adopted him, but are sadly are longer able to adequately care for him.
