Why I need a new home

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tucker is a friendly cat who greets people hello. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. He is 10 years old and around 13 pounds. I've had Tucker since he was a kitten. A stray cat had kittens in a friend's garden shed. Tucker's fur is very soft and he enjoys having his head and chin scratched. His front paws were declawed. (I now understand how wrong that was, but it was a complicated situation that led up to it.) Tucker is very healthy.

I need to find a new home for Tucker because I'm moving to a new house soon and can't take him with me. For reasons I can't figure out, Tucker prefers to eliminate outside only. If he needs to eliminate while inside, he won't use the litterbox. He used to use it properly but no longer will. I can't figure out how to solve the issue. If not for this problem, I'd keep Tucker for the rest of his life. I hope someone can give him a good new home.
