 ~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption,  things could drastically change a month later.  Since we don’t have a long health history of your  adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam  and follow up exams.~

Health: ***** No obvious health issues found during vet exam *****

Temperament: Ethel, a senior lady, simply craves relaxation and rest throughout the day! Initially timid, she may need a little time to feel comfortable. However, once she does, she reveals her sweet nature. She would do best as an only dog (however she can coexist with the right atmosphere) and would thrive in a peaceful, child-free home. --

Where did she come from: Ethel was a stray at the Fort Worth Animal Shelter

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Adopting one of our dogs requires that you fill out an adoption application, have your references checked, and let us visit your home.

The required minimum adoption donation is $250. That amount covers the spay/neuter, annual vaccinations, heartworm testing, and one month of heart worm preventative.

We spend about $300.00 just to treat the pommies that are heartworm positive. We have invested more than $1000.00 in several of our pommies--treating them and kenneling them. Kenneling cost $16 a day per dog. We need foster homes!
