My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** In order to alleviate the need to bring an animal into the shelter environment, The Anti-Cruelty Society has the Home-to-Home Shelter Bypass service to help people find new accommodations for their pets privately. These animals are not located in any of the Society's physical locations. If you are interested in adopting this animal, please do NOT click the Adopt Me button and instead reach out to the current owner directly via the email provided in the profile. As this is a Home-to-Home animal you are not required to fill out an Anti-Cruelty Society adoption application form. ***

Joe is a happy, healthy energetic guy, loves other dogs and humans, but it still shy of both and will bark until he's settled. He loves playing catch and especially likes to run - very fast! Joe gets a little pumpkin puree with every meal to keep his bowels running smoothly. He also gets a Greenie every morning to keep his teeth clean.... they really work!!
Joe needs active, loving humans for his forever home.

The animal's behavior around other pets - Once familiarized, totally calm. Upon meeting, barks and charges until he can get a good sniff.

The animal's behavior around children - Not really sure. He's curious and somewhat unafraid, but since adults are usually around, he gets anxious and barks

Any past or existing health issues that the animal has had - none

Any medication the animal may currently be taking - none

The animal's training history - housebroken, working very hard on leash training.

Rehoming fee: $200
