My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dora ~ She's a shy but spunky 4 month old. Loves to play with her round teething ring and chase her ball with bells. She was the smallest of her siblings and patient to wait her turn to eat; until foster mom started giving her plate privileges first. Since Dora spent her first 8 weeks outside she is still very skittish but has come around very nicely in the 8 weeks she's been inside. She's a ball of energy and fun to watch!

She enjoys cuddling with her siblings who are also looking for their forever home

Additional adoption info

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
