My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Indy!

Indy is an energetic and enthusiastic girl who knows how to capture hearts! With her playful spirit and irresistible charm, she's a master at begging for attention, ensuring that you'll never feel lonely. Indy thrives in the company of her fellow energetic dog friends and loves engaging in spirited games of tug of war. She's always ready to run and play, zooming around to her heart's content!

As a spirited puppy in her teething phase, Indy will need plenty of toys to soothe her aching gums. She may require some redirection on what to chew on, but with consistency and love, she's sure to learn quickly and become the perfect bundle of joy. If you're looking for a lively companion who's ready for adventure and is eager to learn, Indy is the pup for you! Come meet her and watch her sparkle!

For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 90, and the staff will be happy to help you.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating vets.

Anderson Humane is a resource for pet owners, providing information and services to provide better care for their pets. Services such as our Low-Cost Vaccination, Dental, and Spay/Neuter Clinics offer affordable veterinary care options, preventing owners from having to give up their pets simply because they can’t afford care. On the horizon are additional programs to keep pets in homes, such as a pet food pantry, affordable pet training options, and temporary housing for pets when families are in crisis.
