My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Calypso, a smart, independent cat with a strong personality that echoes her vivid colors. She likes playtime, and enjoys being petted, but all on her own terms. She is not averse to a good chin-scratch or gentle strokes on her back, and will respond with happy purrs. She is also often content by herself, stretched out in a sunny spot. Calypso especially appreciates the company of people who respect her space and understand her need for solitude. Shelter staff refer to her as `The Queen`! If you are looking for an intelligent, independent companion to brighten your days, Calypso could be the right fit for you!

Calypso will do best with a cat-savvy family and in a home where everyone is over the age of eighteen.
