It's party time in Wayne's world, and this 2 year old house panther is pouncing on the adopter scene! Wayne had a rough start to life, and was understandably very nervous after his people simply put him outside to fend for himself. He has been working on rebuilding his trust, and thanks to his dedicated foster mom has been really excited about scheduled meals and all these new toys to investigate! He has since settled into his foster home and has shown his true side: loving pets, chin scratches, head scratches, and butt scratches. He also likes watching cat TV and catnip toys. He’s also wet food motivated and will get really brave for a can of food.
Wayne LOVES windows and if he’s not plotting a backyard adventure from a window seat, we can find him in a sun beam, a cat tree, a comfy bed, on the couch, on your bed, or tucked away in a closet. Wayne enjoys the company of other cats, and doesn't seem to notice he is currently residing with a senior doggo while he awaits his next adventure.
Wayne's ideal home will have a friendly cat that he can learn from, fun toys to show off his hunting skills, and some pawsome humans that will give him the time and space to get comfy. We can't wait for Wayne's people to meet him, and he is now officially accepting adoption applications!
If you think you could be Wayne's match, he hopes you will fill out an application today!

About Ten Lives:
Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat.
Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience!
All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
Ideal Home: Relaxed, Patient, Loving with snacks.
Qualities: Handsome, Single, Playful
