Meet Scottie, a lovable 9-year-old dog with a heart full of affection and a playful spirit that shines through despite his age! Scottie’s charm and gentle demeanor make him a delightful companion! Scottie is 86lbs of a friendly and affectionate dog who thrives on human interaction! He eagerly seeks out affection and enjoys being petted, though he can be a bit sensitive around his face, particularly due to a large mass that was recently removed from his left eyelid. He is always ready for a pat and will let you know when he’s had enough by nudging for more! Scottie is very strong on leash and will benefit from lots of exercise. Scottie’s playful side comes out when he’s engaged in games. He loves tennis balls and rope toys, and he’s also quite vocal during playtime, especially during tug-of-war! Scottie’s playful energy is contagious, and he’s always up for a fun game! Scottie has met other dogs while in our care and has done generally well though he may not have too much socialization under his wing. If you have a resident pup at home, we recommend you bring them by to do a meet with Scottie! If Scottie sounds like a good addition to your pack, come meet him today!
