My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I turned up on a farm, and it was obvious due to my extreme friendliness that I must have been someone's pet. No collar, no microchip, I found myself in strange surroundings, but my attitude remained positive. My name is Corey, and I'm a solid gray male kitten that will instantly be your best friend. My experience with children, dogs, and other cats is a mystery. I can't go into a home with children under the age of five. A feline playmate would be ideal-- either another kitten or an active cat that would be a good role model. Single kittens can sometimes be a handful without another cat to have as a buddy. If a tiny bundle of love and energy sounds like a plan, come meet me!

Submit Application

You are welcome to fill out the application online at https://animalarkmn.org/adopt/ or in person at the Animal Ark (2600 Industrial Court).

Meet the Pet

Please call ahead to make sure that the pet you are interested in is at the Ark and someone is available to show you the pet.

Approve Application

Home Check

For Cats we do a virtual home visit once the application is approved. For Dogs we do an in person home visit after we do a meet and greet.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Once a home visit is done and approved, we will set up a day and time for you to sign a contract and take the pet home!

We do not do same day adoptions.

Adoption Fees:
• Dogs and puppies: $200-$800
• Adult Cats: $180
• Kittens: $225
• Senior Cats: $125
