Why I need a new home

Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harry is loving, loyal, and sweet.Harry loves fetch, toys, and cuddling his family. He is very cute and in great physical health and has never bitten anyone, person or animal. Harry is a highly anxious dog
and he will never be a dog you can take to a patio or a party. Harry will never be a dog you can take to dog parks or group training classes and he may never be able to meet guests who come to your home. Harry is not a dog for whom “tough love,” doggy boot camp, or negative reinforcement (shouting, swatting, shock collars, spray bottles, or choke chains) will work. These things will make Harry’s behaviors worse, not better.
Harry needs: a very patient owner experienced with anxious dogs,a quiet home with a predictable schedule,a home without young children,a home without other dogs, unless they are very stable/calm and uninterested in playing,a dedicated “sanctuary” (safe) space that is just his, blocked windows & a noise machine, a system for new people coming over.
