My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Maverick

*Age: 2.5 years old

*Current Weight: 66 lbs

*Adoption fee: $475

Hello! My name is Maverick and I’m a lovable and energetic 2-year-old Shepherd mix looking for my forever home. I’m a friendly and loyal companion who enjoys splashing in the water, playing fetch, and running free in the yard. I also love snuggling up with my humans. My ideal home would be one with adults and older children. I’m great with other dogs, and I’m eager to please and learn new tricks. I’m house-trained and have good manners, but I would benefit from a bit more training to fine-tune my skills. Could you be the perfect forever home for me?

More about this rescue

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
