Tonya is a two-year-old dog with wiry fur and boundless energy. From the moment she wakes up, her tail wags at full speed, ready for whatever adventure lay ahead. She has a sweet, goofy personality that makes her impossible not to love.

During the day she is in a work from home atmosphere but is quite content with hanging out under the desk or laying on the couch.

Tonya enjoys hiking with her humans, like a little shadow, never far from her people, always staying close!

She loves to play fetch, bounding across the yard with long, enthusiastic strides, and proudly returning the rope, her tongue lolling out in a wide, happy grin. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and—despite her height—has never counter-surfed! Still, Tonya's enthusiasm for life is contagious. When she greets someone, she does so with her whole body, tail wagging furiously. She’d probably do best in a home with kids aged four and up, as her excited greetings could easily knock over the littlest ones.

Despite her boundless energy, there’s nothing Tonya loves more than curling up at the end of the day beside her humans. She presses herself against them on the couch, her wiry coat warm and comforting. At night she settles down in her crate, content and happy, knowing that tomorrow promised more adventures!
