Looking for a family pup you can take anywhere with you? Family gatherings, patio dining, kids’ sport games, road trips, hiking, running, kayaking, the list goes on…. live on a farm? Surrounded by farm animals? No problem. Keiko Is your one size fits all. She is good for all the above and more! <3 Let’s throw cuddles and hugs in there too! Keiko is just a balanced, well-mannered pup. She isn’t too high energy that you gotta worry about she needing her daily 6-mile run (just kidding) or so low energy that you can’t get her off the couch. Don’t get me wrong. She has her I’m happy to see you moments where she jumps up to greet you in excitement and joyfulness but most of the time, she is just a happy-to-go-along-with-whatever kinda girl. She is just awesome! She is a strong girl (think breed). She needs a harness when out on walks and adventures. Keiko isn’t too much into toys. She is more interested in her environment. Hey, what is going on over there? Ooh, this patch of grass here smells interesting. When none of these are there to distract her, she is all about giving you her attention and love. She lights up when you return the favor <3

Keiko is a 2-year-old, 75lb American Akita. Keiko is looking for a family who will include her on family adventures. Exploration is her thing. Family is her loyalty. Come nightfall, she wants the cuddles. Keiko makes a great ambassador 😊
