Meet Zelda! Zelda was surrendered to us due to no fault of her own. She is a wonderful dog with a beautiful spirit! She loves to cuddle and is always willing to lend a shoulder to cry on. She loved living with children, and also did well living with a dog and a cat. She does have some trauma that affects how well she does with men, but a slow introduction and gentle disposition will win her over. We will require a dog to dog meet and greet before adoption if you already have a dog at home to make sure they are compatible. We ask that you practice a slow introduction to any cats in your household as well. Zelda is up to date on her vaccinations, is microchipped, and is spayed, so her adoption fee is $150. Please fill out an application to meet Zelda! Adopt, Foster, Educate, Advocate!

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

3.
Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
