My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***AT SHELTER***

Meet our loving queen, Rory!

Perhaps it was ironic that we chose the name Rory for this darling cat because when she first arrived, we thought Rory was a king (80% of orange cats are male!). As it turns out, he was really a she.

Little is known about the heroic journey that brought Rory to our doorstep (quite literally), but we do know that she is winning the hearts and minds of all her subjects at EHS!

Her beauty might captivate you at first glance, but her friendly personality will ensure your loyalty. Rory will greet visitors in her kennel and reward those who pet her with an abundance of loud purring. This regal lady is the sweetest lovebug you'll ever meet!

Rory has adjusted to her new surroundings rather quickly. Playful and curious, she will explore the shelter during her out time, but with an appropriate level of caution for a queen. If something startles her, she will wisely seek out the comfort of what is known--her kennel.

If you think your home is the realm Rory was destined to rule, then reach out to EHS today!

Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption.
