My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

B Dawg is a chill dog who loves to play and snuggle! In a recent foster home, he settled in quickly and quickly learned the routines of the home and enjoyed the company of the resident dog. He loves cuddles, praise, belly rubs, and to lay next to you, but didn't have anxiety when left alone. He really enjoys toys, but isn't at all obsessive or possessive with them. Same with food, he loves to eat and get treats but isn't a beggar and didn't complain if food was taken away. He also did not try to steal food off of the counter, even when they weren't around. He really enjoys Kongs frozen with peanut butter and food puzzles, and that would keep him busy/entertained. He is completely housebroken, no accidents, and seems to be able to go for long stretches without going out. He enjoys being outside exploring the yard or just laying in the sun. He never attempted to jump their fence, not even the gate which is shorter. When on an outing he was very well mannered, did not bark at people, and rode in the car nice and relaxed. B Dawg could use some leash training and will pull on the leash when excited, but he he wants to please and will learn pretty quickly with consistent training. B Dawg has also shown that he loves kids, is great meeting and greeting strangers and is crate trained. He loves playing with toys, balls, frisbees and stuffed toys. B Dawg is estimated to be 2 years old and weighs 67 pounds, is neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, and vaccinated. Come meet this great dog at Citrus County Animal Services, 4030 S. Airport Road, Inverness, FL. 34450. ID# 5669238.
