My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful boy is still warming up to the world around him. He loves a quiet room to relax and other cat companions to play with. Slade will start to purr once he gets some head scratches. This timid boy needs a home willing to take it slow. He gets startled by loud noises and quick movements. Once he settles in; he really opens up! He loves playing in tunnels and with feather toys! Slade shouldn’t be in a house with dogs or young kids. He isn’t a fan of being picked up but will let you cuddle and pet him on his own terms. I believe in time he will become the most fun and loving boy!

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

If current or past pets in the home, please contact your veterinary office that has seen your pets and allow them to release info to RLR.

2.
Interview

A phone interview is completed after review of submitted application.

3.
Meet the Pet

Should step 1 and 2 go well, meeting the animals you are interested in or any that we may recommend occurs.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

After meeting the pet, if you feel the pet is a good fit for you and we feel you are a good fit for the pet, an adoption may occur.

Additional adoption info

Adopter must be 21 years or older and
have a valid Photo ID showing your current address

We reserve the right to refuse any placement we consider unsatisfactory.
